Mateusz jest kuratorem KPCS w Paryżu i jednym z dwóch kuratorów programowych projektu 'Transit', prezentującego sztukę oraz modę Polski i Japonii w przestrzeni paryskich instytucji kultury i sztuki. Kurator międzynarodowego projektu 'Monsterland'. Autor wystaw. Założyciel Teatru Intencji. W przestrzeni Art Katedry i pałacu zaprezentuje swoje 3 kuratorskie projekty. Będą one niezależne od wystawy, z drugiej strony będą stanowić jej dopełnienie. Oprócz tego Mateusz poprowadzi wykłady. Paryski kurator, jak ja, pochodzi z Bytomia. Zatem bardzo mi miło! Może nawet bawiliśmy się grabkami w tej samej piaskownicy!
We got confirmation of the participation of festival's special guest - Mateusz Żurek
Mateusz is a curator of KPCS in Paris, on of two program curators of "Transit" project which promotes Polish and Japanese art and fashion in Paris. He is an author of an international "Monsterland" project. He started a Theater Of Intentions. On the festival he will exhibit 3 of his curator's projects in Art Cathedra. They will be separated from the rest of the exhibition. Mateusz will also have lectures. Everyone can come and listen about his work as a curator in Paris. Żurek, like me, comes from Bytom. I am very happy to have him on the festival. It is possible we were in one kindergarten and played with the same toys as children.
